Cuándo es la Cuenta Pública del presidente Gabriel Boric

So, I just read this interesting article about the president of Chile, Gabriel Boric, and his upcoming Cuenta Pública. It’s basically a report he gives every year to the country’s National Congress, where he talks about the government’s accomplishments and challenges from the previous year and outlines their plans for the future.

According to the article, Boric’s Cuenta Pública is scheduled for June 1st and it’s expected to be quite the event. Apparently, he wants it to be a “participatory” and “open” process, so he’s encouraged citizens to submit their ideas and questions online. He’s even going to be answering some of them during the live broadcast!

What’s really cool about this is that it shows Boric’s commitment to transparency and his willingness to engage with the people he’s leading. I mean, how often do you see a politician actively seeking out feedback from their constituents? Not very often, I’d imagine.

Overall, I think this is a really important topic because it shows that there are leaders out there who are willing to listen to their people and work together for the greater good. It’s a nice reminder that democracy isn’t just about voting every few years – it’s about being part of a community and working towards a shared vision for the future.
