León da zarpazo final al LAFC de Carlos Vela e irá al Mundial de Clubes como rey de la Concachampions

León snatch final victory from Carlos Vela’s LAFC, becoming the new champions of the Concacaf Champions League and earning the title of “King of Concacaf”.
