So, I read this article called “Qué está diciendo este tipo” and it’s about a guy named Alejandro Sepúlveda who totally embarrassed this Republican guy named Johannes Kaiser. Apparently, Sepúlveda posted something about climate change on social media and Kaiser tried to argue with him about it, but Sepúlveda shut him down with some solid facts and research.
What really caught my attention is how important it is to have these kinds of conversations and to spread awareness about climate change. It’s so frustrating when people deny something that’s clearly happening and affecting our planet. It’s like arguing with someone who thinks the earth is flat - it’s just not based on facts or science.
From what I gather, Sepúlveda had all kinds of evidence to back up his claims, and Kaiser just couldn’t handle the truth. This is something I’ve experienced myself, unfortunately. I have some family members who deny climate change and it’s really frustrating to try to explain it to them. I think it’s important to stay informed and to have these conversations even when they’re uncomfortable.
Overall, I think this article is a great reminder that we need to keep talking about climate change and spreading awareness. We can’t just sit back and ignore the problem - we need to take action and hold people accountable for their actions. And we need to be armed with the facts when we do so.
