So, I was reading this article about some cool ways to add fiber to your keto diet and my mind was blown! It was chock-full of great ideas and delicious recipes that I had never thought of before.
Basically, the article talked about how important it is to get enough fiber in your diet, even when you’re in ketosis. The key is to find foods that are low in net carbs but high in fiber, so you can keep your carb count low but your digestive system in tip-top shape.
The seven foods mentioned were chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flour, avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, and leafy greens. I had no idea that coconut flour was such a great source of fiber, or that chia seeds were so useful in recipes.
The article then went on to provide 27 different keto recipes that incorporated those foods in creative ways. Some of my favorites were the coconut flour waffles, the broccoli and cheddar soup, and the flaxseed crackers.
As someone who has dabbled in keto before, I know that it can be tough to find ways to mix things up and not get bored of the same old meals. This article was a godsend for me, as it gave me a bunch of new ideas and reminded me of some old favorites that I had forgotten about.
Overall, I think this article is incredibly important because it shows that you don’t have to sacrifice nutrition to stick to your keto goals. By finding ways to incorporate fiber-rich foods into your meals, you can keep your body healthy and happy while still losing weight and feeling great.
