Tohá responde a Diosdado Cabello tras arremetida contra Boric

This didn’t sit well with Diosdado Cabello, a powerful figure in Venezuela who has criticized Boric in the past. But then, the former mayor of Santiago, Carolina Tohá, came to Boric’s defense and called out Cabello for his comments.
